I’m currently listening to the conclusion of The Diviners trilogy, Before the Devil Breaks You by Libba Bray. She’s packed a lot into this third installment. According to Goodreads it’s 552 pages. The audio version is clocking in at over 21 hours. Whew!

It’s always fun when authors give a character a love of books, and the Diviners have two – Memphis and Ling.

“I could always ask Mrs. Andrews for help,” Memphis said, closing another heavy book with a thump of dust.

“Who’s Mrs. Andrews?” Jerico asked.

“She’s my favorite librarian at the 135th Street library. If she can’t find it, it can’t be found.”
