Welcome to another Quotable Thursday!

I recently got a sneak peak to a book in NetGalley, the first six chapters of Undead Girl Gang by Lily Anderson. NetGalley describes it as:

Veronica Mars meets The Craft when a teen girl investigates the suspicious deaths of three classmates and accidentally ends up bringing them back to life to form a hilariously unlikely–and unwilling–vigilante girl gang.

I love both Veronica Mars and stories about witches, so for me this sounds like a match made in heaven.

I just read a couple of pages last night to get a feel for the book, and I am already intrigued from the opening line of chapter one.

The problem with your best friend dying is that there’s no one to sit with you at funerals.
